That seems like the optimal description. What truly separates Misuta Chow’s as a bar is its ambiance and inclusive vibes. When entering the space, you’re greeted by a large Progress flag, indicating that it is an establishment where the LGBTQIA+ community is welcome.
If you stop in for a Karaoke night, you’ll see an eclectic group of people of all backgrounds coming together, cheering each other on, and having a great time. It truly is a vibe that makes everyone feel at home.

There are two bars at Misuta Chow’s, one on the first floor near the front entrance. In the back, adjacent to the dining area, is an Izakaya-style counter that offers a front row view of the kitchen. The second floor is a dive bar with immersive arcade games and a variety of music events throughout the month. You never know what you will walk into at Misuta Chow’s, as musical events which include DJs, Karaoke, free arcade play on Wednesdays, and random vibes on Thursdays, vary day by day.
They are closed on Monday and Tuesday, but have great hours for a night out in Downtown Buffalo the rest of the week, and generally close at midnight and 2 am on the weekends. It is an overall great vibe, extremely inclusive, and is a place where memories are made.
